Terms and Conditions

Personal Trainer may be purchased in blocks of 5 or 10 Sessions. 

Pre-Purchased sessions are valid for 3 Months from the date of first session.

Peak has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation must be texted to your trainer with minimum 12 hours notice or the session will be forfeited.

A text reminder will be sent 24 hours ahead of your session.

 

Peak Fit for Life Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your name, contact information and on joining, health history.

 

We collect your personal information in order to keep our clients up to date and deliver the best quality service and ensure their safe well being. We keep your information safe by storing it in locked filing cabinets and only allowing our staff to access it.

We keep your information for two years after terminating membership, at which point we securely destroy it by shredding any physical copies.

 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at hello@peakforlife.co.nz
