Missfit                                       a class designed for teenage girls looking to improve their fitness and body self-confidence, in a fun and supportive environment.

Box fit                                        a form of Low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Bootcamp                                  sets of intensive exercises done on a regular basis and designed to improve strength and fitness
